I will be retiring very soon and my husband is disabled and has been on my company’s health insurance for many years. We were very panicked not knoing where to turn or which insurance would be nest for us. Chaz came to our home and spent hours explaining to us each Medicare plan and what each part covers and does not cover.
He then evaluated other insurance plans comparing coverage and cost for each to find the best plan/option for us. Based on all the information laid out in front of us, Chaz advised us to stay with the medical insurance my company offers for retiree’s rather than choose a plan that he offers. We would like to tell you a little about our experience with My Medicare Hotline. We met Chaz Mulherin in May of 2013. He is very personable and had a lot of knowledge about all the insurance companies offering all types of Medicare options. He advised us on several he thought would work for us. Since I wouldn’t be 65 until November, he made an appointment with my husband and I in August. However, because I take medicine, Humira, we were unable to take advantage of any of the plans. None of the Medicare Advantage plans will cover this medication. So we have chosen to stay with our current insurance plan. Chaz was extremely helpful with our decision. We appreciated all his help and would strongly recommend Chaz to anyone looking for a caring and smart agent.
Update: Since then, we have learned that I would no longer need to use Humira. Chaz has since place both me and John with a great plan. Thanks Chaz!

I recently had a very important problem of getting proper coverage for my health insurance needs. Health insurance today can be extremely complex and dangerous if you get into the wrong hands. That recently happened to me and I called Chaz for his professional advice. I am very thankful for his interest in immediately looking at my problem and finding a solution. After doing the research of my needs, Chaz came to my home for a confidential interview and proposed plan of action. I was amazed at his passion to help me solve a difficult situation and to complete the application for new coverage. I could not be happier or more proud of his character, knowledge, and performance.

I was new to Medicare and found Chaz’s webinar online. It was quite informative. After the webinar, I contacted him to get help in setting up my plan. He went over all my options and helped me choose what was best for me. I later needed a dental plan and called him back to help me again choose the best plan for me and my budget.
